About This Activity
90-MIN CLASSES for Boys & Girls, ages 7-12. The 90-Minute Class is for ages 7-12. This class is designed for those at an intermediate level of gymnastics, that have either taken gymnastics at Bruin Gymnastics Academy, or another gymnastics facility, and have achieved success with some of the basics of gymnastics. This class focuses on improving the basics as well as learning more advanced skills on each of the apparatus along with trampoline. The environment is nurturing and fun, while teaching technique, conditioning, hard work, and discipline.
