About This Activity
The Ceramics Club, this term, will focus on project ideas using seasonal motifs and holiday themes. Students will create vessels and sculptures using a variety of basic techniques. There will be some days for "free" clay play as well as time within each session for students to work on projects of their own choosing. The club will be taught by long-time ceramics teacher Lynne Dorman, who is a clay artist and psychologist, has been teaching ceramics to children for over fifteen years. (Please note: This club does not have a session on Nov 25. Students should wear clothing that can get messy.)
