Kids’ Lab at TPS is an elevated physical education experience. From simple, fun movements to sports-specific training, Kids’ Lab teaches the fundamental biomechanics and mindset techniques to build a positive, life-long relationship with their health. Kids need conditioning to develop strong muscles, bones, and balance. Using mindful movements designed to decrease stress, anxiety, and encourage happy thoughts. Students will benefit from this fun training that teaches primal skills needed for sports, activities, and life. Watch as your child develops body awareness, coordination, and cognitive brain function while having fun and a lifelong relationship with their health. (Please note: There are no sessions on Feb 16, Mar 15 & 29, and Apr 26. Sessions are designed to accommodate all levels and will travel off campus to Markward.)
