About This Activity
This club is an opportunity for students who like the group dancing done in music classes and are interested in expanding their experience even more. Some of the dances that will be taught include: The Friendly Race Dance, The Grumpy Dance, Sashay the Donut, Chinese Ribbon Dance and Tue, Tue, a dance from Ghana. The final session will include a performance of the dances learned, which will be shared with parents. Chris has been a music teacher at TPS for almost 25 years and continues to enjoy sharing her love of music & movement with students of all ages. (Please note: There are no sessions on Feb 13, March 20 & 27, Apr 24.)
