About This Activity
Through innovative hands-on activities, students will assume the role of a doctor and learn how the body and organs work, how to use medical instruments, and even tie knots like a real surgeon. The interactive demonstrations inspire children to explore all facets of healthcare. Each student receives their own working stethoscope and a diploma at the completion of the course. Little Medical School is deeply rooted in family, medicine, and education. The passion for educating and encouraging careers in the healthcare field culminated in the creation of the organization in 2010, which is now the leading developer of this specialized curriculum for youth. (Please note: There are no sessions on Oct 12 & Nov 30.)
