About This Activity
Calling all brick masters and LEGO roboticists! In Future Lego Leaders, students design, build, and motorize LEGO robots and inventions that address today's biggest sustainability challenges. Students utilize a combination of kits to construct their creations including Lego Education's newest CS & AI build-and-program set. Along the way, kids develop geometric and spatial awareness, critical thinking, and collaboration skills that go far beyond the build table. This program aims to lay the foundation for students to step confidently into the 7th Grade LEGO Robotics Program as well as participate in competition experiences as innovative builders and clever problem solvers. James is TPS' STEAM Integration Specialist, who has worked as a robotics and STEAM instructor for several camps. (Please note: There are no sessions on Oct 12 & Nov 30 )
