About This Activity
Description
This fun, in-depth camp teaches the basics of sailing. Campers will spend time both on land and on the water, learning about wind direction, boat nomenclature, knots, and basic sailing techniques. No experience is necessary, but sailors must be comfortable in the water while wearing a life jacket.
PYSF Scholarships are available to help PYSF achieve its mission to be a community sailing group that teaches sailing regardless of ability to pay. To apply for a scholarship, complete the PYSF Request for Scholarship form here: https://rwcparks.org/PYSFScholarships. Contact treasurer@pysf.us if you have any questions.
