A vigorous, easy-to-follow, choreographed to strengthen and tone all muscle groups and improve cardiovascular fitness. ACT is designed to allow self-pacing for those who wish to work at low-impact steps.
Good Morning- Thank you for participating in our Outdoor Spring 2021 season! As we begin our programs, we wanted to take a moment to update you on important health, safety and inclement weather information for this spring. Health and Safety Guidelines We have established health and safety measures in accordance with state and local health orders to protect the health and wellness of our participants, instructors and staff. When attending a Montgomery County Recreation Outdoor Program, participants will be required to follow the health and safety standards listed below: Participants shall: Check in and provide name at the start of the program. Wear a mask if you are over the age of 2 Disinfect their hands prior to entering the program and after touching shared items. Remain 6 feet apart from all other participants outside of household members. Not congregate before or after the program. Inform Montgomery County Recreation immediately if they become sick or have contact with a person who has a diagnosis of COVID-19. Come ready to play! Things to bring with you: Water Mask Hand sanitizer Sun protection, including sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, etc. Bug spray Any equipment necessary for the program Inclement Weather When inclement weather hits, Montgomery County Recreation may cancel programs and there may be other weather alerts that you need to be aware of.
