Description
WEDNESDAY 5:00-5:45PMOur non-competitive program teaches technically correct gymnastics skills using progressions in a safe environment. Students are divided into small groups by both age and skill level. Classes include warm up and conditioning plus instruction on vault, bars, balance beam, floor, Air-floor and mini trampoline. Our experienced instructors will develop your child's strength, flexibility, agility, and confidence as a gymnast. Rock 'n Tumble makes learning FUN as gymnasts earn awards as they learn gymnastics using Rock 'n Tumble Bronze & Silver skill cards.If the participant has special needs and/or requires special accommodations related to a disability, please contact Therapeutic Recreation Services at 619-525-8247.
