About This Activity
Description
This class introduces students to fundamental CPR techniques, basic water rescue assists, and other essential lifesaving skills. No prerequisites are required to enroll. Each class session includes a 30-minute swim lesson. Swim lesson instruction within the Junior Guards program will be tailored to participants' skill levels, with lesson plans determined at the instructor's discretion.
