About This Activity
Description
Our kids & family yoga classes are a fun , interactive way for families to bond. Classes are open to children's ages 1-6, along with their parents, grandparents nannies, uncles, and aunts. Your little one will practice mindfulness, emotional regulation, fine and gross motor skills all through age appropriate activities. Come find community through movement, music, breath and meditation.
