Description
Santa Monica Softball Academy offers quality instruction for ALL LEVELS of softball. Instructions will be given by professional coaches. Players will practice pitching, catching, hitting, fielding and base running. This developmental program is designed with a direct emphasis on learning the primary fundamentals that lay down the foundation for elite play in softball. Players will be grouped by age and ability. Friday June 16 in honor of Father’s Day, Fathers/Mothers will be invited to play in the “Father/Son” game at 1:30pm Players are to wear softball attire, hat, cleats, pants, bring water and sunscreen! Lunch is available for delivery through Subway weekly!
$5 cash material fee payable to instructor at camp.
The City of Santa Monica continues to place the highest value on the health and safety of our community. Additional safety protocols and procedures such as social distancing and face masks may be implemented as directed by current LA County Department of Public Health Guidelines.
Online registration is required. Walk-in registration is not available.
REFUNDS - Camp refunds will be issued with medical documentation or if requested at least 5 calendar days prior to the first meeting. Refunds will be prorated. A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Requests must be made by email to community.classes@santamonica.gov. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
Makeups will not be offered for days missed by the student. All class dates, times, locations, and instructors are subject to change without notice.
