Description
Immerse your little ones in a vibrant sparkling experience of early Spanish language exposure through Storytime and Gardening, where toddlers connect with nature while being introduced to the Spanish language. Through age-appropriate books and outdoor activities in our "Garden of Dreams," children will plant seeds, water them, explore barefoot, and engage their senses in a nurturing environment. This program fosters a love for nature and early language exposure, making it a truly enriching experience for both children and their caregivers. Parent/caregiver participation is required.
Please bring a healthy snack and water. $30 cash material fee is due to the instructor on the first day of class.
The City of Santa Monica continues to place the highest value on the health and safety of our community. Additional safety protocols and procedures such as social distancing and face masks may be implemented as directed by current LA County Department of Public Health Guidelines.
Online registration is required. Walk-in registration is not available.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
CANCELLED CLASSES: Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
