About This Activity
Description
This activity is closed to registration.
Looking for a welcome relief from day-to-day stresses and worries? Come and cultivate your spirit. Class will begin with an exercise session to open and circulate energy throughout the physical body followed by a “silent” sitting meditation period (approx. 30 min) to bring stillness to both the body and mind, with a focus on breath. Our minds are guided by the breath to bring clarity, peace and stillness during this time. After sitting meditation, soft music will be played to freely explore meditative movement guided by the flow of energy. A delicious herbal tea will then be offered with an opportunity to share your insights and experience of the class with others in the class and to ask questions to the instructor.Class is held at Zero Point Training Center (formerly Body & Brain Training Center) 19 East Main Street, Smithtown, NY 11787
