LEVEL 1 – Introduction to Water Skills – Develop the younger child’s confidence in the water
- • Entry to, movement in and exit from water
- • Submerge head, blow bubbles, open eyes
- • Front & back float with support
- • Change direction (walking), rolling over to back & front with support
- • Alternating, simultaneous arm and leg action on front and back with support.
- • Combined stroke on front and back with support.
- • Combined stroke on front and back with support
THIS PROGRAM IS FOR RESIDENTS ONLY. All 6 year olds must register in Level 1, even if they were in Level 1 last year.
