- • Extended underwater swimming
- • Extended survival and back float
- • Flip turns from front and back
- • Treading water – arm and leg actions
- • Front and back crawl, breaststroke, butterfly, elementary backstroke, sidestroke
- • Jumping and diving into deep water
- • General and personal water safety
