About This Activity
Description
This program is designed to help kids with forward movement and direction change in the water. We will work on reach and throw assists with other swimmers, how to call emergency services when a fellow swimmer needs help, front streamline with kick, back streamline with kick, kick and pull on front, kick and pull on back, swimming underwater 10 ft. with one breath, retrieving submerged objects, and much more!
