This program meets on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 1:15 PM to 2:30. PM. The first class will meet on June 26th. The last class will be on July 20th. There will not be camp the week of July 3th - July 7th Learn how to train correctly for any sport. These sessions will focus on teaching the fundamentals of weightlifting, sprinting, and bodyweight movements for athletic performance. Athletes will increase strength, endurance, speed, and flexibility while being educated on how to train safely. Camp athletes will receive valuable one-on-one attention from experienced Strength and Conditioning coaches to help them meet their athletic goals. Athletes from all sports and ability levels will significantly benefit from attending and learning from this camp. Curriculum Barbell Movements -Powerlifts- Deadlift, Squat, and Press -Olympic Lifts- Snatch, Power Snatch, Power Clean, and Clean ‘n’ Jerk Running Technique and Bodyweight Movements -Foot Strike and Arm Swing -Gymnastic movements, Pullups, Pushups, and Core work Nutrition -How to safely “bulk up” -Pre and post-training/practice nutrition -Daily meal planning Workout Programming -Off-Season Training vs. Pre-season Training vs. In-Season Training -Injury Prevention -Pre and Post workout Mobility and Flexibility
