About This Activity
Description
Let's get cooking! In this hands-on class, young chefs will make Lemon Blueberry Scones and Tomato Mozzarella Quiche from scratch. They'll learn kitchen skills like measuring, mixing, and working with dough, while discovering how to bake scones and prepare a quiche step by step. Using fresh ingredients and simple techniques, this class is designed to build confidence and spark creativity in the kitchen. By the end, kids will have two homemade dishes they can share with pride and the skills to continue cooking at home. It's all about learning, having fun, and making something delicious together!
Chef Mai is the Executive Chef, and Founder of Say Grace Children's Culinary Academy. Say Grace Academy is a virtual culinary school for children ages 11-14 who love to cook.
