Entering Grades 9-12 ONLY This program is designed for BEGINNERS who have not participated in a full season of Cross Country or Track and Field with a team or running program. Participants will be taught the fundamentals of running, stretching, cross training, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and team dynamics. Novice campers will take classes on proper running form, strength building, endurance growth, and speed acquisition. Campers will be lead by elite high school coaches who are seasoned veterans at introducing new runners to the sport. Programs will be individually designed for each camper.
